Improve your productivity in QuickBooks using the Instant Messenger

How often during your day do you have a question or two for another coworker? Do you find yourself having to interrupt your work to leave your desk to ask the question? With technology advancing as fast as it is, why not try using the QuickBooks Instant Messenger.

The Instant Messenger installs automatically with your QuickBooks desktop software and is available when you are using QuickBooks in Multi-user mode (from the File menu, select Switch to Multi-user mode).
